Tevia is an associate with the Insolvency Group and is an attorney licensed to practice in the state of New York.

Prior to joining Dentons, Tevia practised at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP in New York in the area of corporate restructuring and bankruptcy law. While in the U.S., Tevia’s practice included debtor and creditor representations, in and out-of-court restructurings, insurance insolvency and rehabilitation, corporate governance advice for distressed companies, debtor-in-possession financing, and distressed asset purchases.

Since joining Dentons, Tevia’s practice has included advising both debtors and creditors on issues arising in corporate restructuring and insolvency proceedings, as well as general issues relating to debt recovery and security realization.
