Bob provides municipal development and corporate structuring advice in all manner of real estate projects including industrial, commercial, retail, residential and mixed-use projects. His clients include private developers, pension funds, pension fund advisors as well as institutional real estate investors. Bob’s real property development experience includes providing regulatory compliance advice in respect of the sale and marketing residential real estate as well as advice on structuring resort development, timeshare and fractional ownership recreational projects. In addition, Bob carries on a general commercial practice advising on general business matters including banking, financial services law and, in particular, commercial leasing where he acts for both landlords and tenants.
