Joe Pfaefflin is a Partner at Dentons Canada LLP. He has a general corporate and commercial practice with a strong emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. Joe advises on a wide variety of business matters and is proficient with respect to the negotiation and completion of the purchase and sale of businesses and business assets. Joe has been instrumental in the completion of numerous complex mergers and acquisitions representing both private and public corporations involved in oil and gas, resource services, development and hospitality industries.
Joe has considerable experience in residential and commercial real estate purchase, sale, leasing, construction financing and mortgaging. He has particular expertise in structuring joint ventures, partnerships and corporations to develop real estate and hospitality projects. He acts for a number of developers in relation to the planning, development and conveyancing of conventional and bare-land unit residential and commercial condominium developments.
