Ben is an associate with the Dentons’ Business Law Group. His practice focuses on securities, corporate/commercial law, entertainment, and mergers & acquisitions. He has been involved with the drafting of joint venture agreements, offering memorandums, listing statements, as well as the drafting of commercial agreements. Ben also has experience in a variety of transactions, including the issuance of high yield bonds, corporate restructurings, initial public offerings, and reverse takeovers. At law school, Ben was very active in student life, serving as Vice-President of Student Affairs for the Students’ Law Society, executive of Law Follies and co-founder of Walk a Day (which to date has raised over $30,000).
