Mike practises corporate and commercial law and focuses on the area of private mergers and acquisitions. Mike represents numerous private, public and multinational corporations on asset and share purchase transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganizations and capital restructurings. With over 20 years of experience, Mike has worked with clients in a wide variety of industries, including retail, financial services, forestry, health care and marketing services.

Mike also advises non-Canadian businesses on establishing operations and carrying on business in Canada.

Mike is the Managing Partner of the Toronto Office and a member of the Dentons Global Board of Directors.
