Danijel is an associate in Dentons’ Financial Services Group. His practice involves representing both borrowers and lenders in various banking matters and commercial transactions as well as representing clients in insolvency, restructuring and related commercial litigation. Danijel joined the firm as a summer student in 2013 and articled with the firm in 2014-2015. During his articles, Danijel completed a secondment with the Enforcement Branch of the Ontario Securities Commission.
