Tulu Harsa is a Foreign Legal Consultant in our Business law group. Based in Toronto, Tulu’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law and private equity. He advises Turkish and global clients in domestic and cross-border acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate restructurings and has experience in corporate finance and privatization matters.
Tulu has notable experience in manufacturing, private equity, real estate, energy, infrastructure and PPP sectors and has occasionally advised Turkish banks and financial institutions. Prior to joining Dentons, he worked for reputable international and local law firms in Istanbul.
