Mariam’s work focuses on project finance, banking, capital markets and general commercial transactions. Prior to joining Dentons she served as a senior associate in Georgian law firm BLB, since 2013. Prior to that, she worked as a legal advisor at the State Representation to the International Courts of Human Rights, at the Ministry of Justice of Georgia.

Vashakidze has significant experience in the areas of corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, investments and project finance, labor law and business disputes.
