Partner practice focuses on corporate, privatization, finance and construction matters. Previously he has acted for clients on some of the largest M&A transactions on the Georgian market in banking and telecommunications, major real estate and infrastructure privatization matters.

His practice involves complex corporate structurings, providing advice on corporate law and capital markets issues and representation of international development and investment  banks in project finance.

Prior to joining Dentons, Avto worked as a Partner at DLA Piper Georgia LP. He was a Lawyer for the International Finance Corporation (IFC) on its Georgia Business Development Project and was an in-house counsel for the Millennium Challenge Georgia Fund.
