Position

Maria Sole Insinga is a partner in our Milan office and a member of the global Real Estate practice since the firm opened in Italy.

Since the early 2000s, Maria Sole Insinga has been working in the real estate sector, providing assistance to leading Italian and international operators (asset management companies, investors, real estate funds, AIFM passports, credit funds and banks) in relation to a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions and disposals (assets and share deals), bid procedures, structuring of new investments in Italy, real estate portfolio reorganizations, redevelopment and development projects, repossessment and post-acquisition management of real estate portfolios.

In particular, she has extensive experience in the office, retail and hotel sectors.

Career

Maria Sole has been a Dentons’ partner since the opening of the Milan office in October 2015. Prior to that she spent some years at DLA Piper and, formerly, at the boutique Firm Studio Legale Apollo & Associati, where she joined from NCTM.

Maria Sole was a lecturer on tax law at the University of Milan from 1995 to 2003.
