Her expertise lies in advising and defending companies and their executives in criminal and administrative fine proceedings, in carrying out (transnational) internal investigations, in designing and implementing compliance management systems, as well as in advising on the avoidance of criminal and administrative offense risks.

In addition, Ann-Kristin has extensive experience in advising pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers on all questions surrounding cooperation with healthcare professionals and organizations, especially concerning issues in the field of anti-bribery and anti-corruption and in connection with industrial codes.
