Position

Dean Ryburn is a partner in the Construction practice. Having previously worked with Dentons from 2010-2014, he joined ACWA Power as Senior Legal Manager at ACWA Power and rejoined the Dentons team in March 2017.

Dean has acted in a range of complex construction projects in the Middle East, and has particular experience advising on the legal aspects of infrastructure, energy, process plant and civil construction projects.

Dean regularly drafts and negotiates the full range of construction-related agreements including Concession Agreements, EPC and O&M agreements, consultancy agreements and subcontracts, as well as subsidiary documents such as bonds and guarantees.
