At Dentons, the banking practice is led by Sadaf Buchanan, who brings over two decades of experience in advising on Islamic finance and restructuring matters. She is well versed in assisting lenders and borrowers with securities, leveraged finance, and debt capital markets transactions, and is widely recognised as a co-founder of the firm’s women’s network Sayyidaat Dentons.
