Position
Jamie is head of the tier 1 ranked Corporate team in Muscat and has been practising law in the Middle East since 2008.
He joined Dentons in December 2019, having previously been a partner at another international law firm based in Oman. Jamie has very broad international corporate and commercial experience, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and regulatory advice.
He is an expert on foreign direct investment in Oman and has advised clients in a wide range of sectors, including: defence, construction, FMCG, oil & gas, financial institutions, manufacturing and infrastructure.
