Roberto Tojo is a partner and head of the Real Estate practice in Spain. He is based in the Madrid office. Prior to joining Dentons Roberto worked for Clifford Chance, as an associate, and for Ramón y Cajal, as partner; both in the Real Estate practice. A skilled negotiator, he has supported clients in many of the most important real estate deals and financings in the Spanish market.

He has 20 years of experience advising developers, investors and funds on complex real estate transactions, including acquisitions and divestments, sale and leaseback transactions, leases and construction contracts. He also advises clients on real estate and infrastructure financing, and servicing agreements in connection with different types of assets (residential, offices, shopping centers, hotel, industrial).
