Position

Kamran Pirani is a dual, English and Canadian qualified associate in Dentons’ Private Equity and Mergers and Acquisitions practice groups. He has a range of experience advising corporates, private equity and sovereign wealth funds on cross-border M&A and private equity investments. Kamran’s practice tends to focus on private, English governed transactions in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and South-Eastern Europe (SEE), as well as Turkey.

Kamran is a member of the Dentons Europe Iran team.

Career

Prior to joining Dentons, Kamran worked at leading international law firms in London, Madrid and Singapore.
