Jozef Buday is a managing counsel in Dentons’ Bratislava office. He focuses his practice on real estate law, commercial law and corporate law. Jozef has valuable experience in real estate projects, assisting clients throughout the whole lifecycle of their projects with (i) conducting due diligence, (ii) structuring the transactions, (iii) drafting and negotiating transaction documents and (iv) advising on the development and construction phase of the projects. By working closely with the client’s project management teams, Jozef has gained deep understanding of project management and is valued by clients for his understanding of the technical aspects of the projects. Jozef also leads the data protection practice of Bratislava’s office and advises clients on various data protection issues. Jozef has led several real estate and commercial transactions in the Slovak Republic as well as a number of data protection audits..
Prior to joining Dentons, Jozef worked for over three years as a senior associate in the law firm of Škubla & Partneri s.r.o.
