Juraj is partner in Dentons Bratislava office. Juraj specializes in M&A, dispute resolution and competition law. He has advised sellers and buyers on numerous high-profile M&A deals in Slovakia and the wider CEE region, as well as on post-M&A disputes and related competition matters. He has represented clients in merger clearance proceedings and during dawn raids and subsequent investigations by the Slovak Competition Authority and other regulatory agencies. He also represented clients in court proceedings concerning State aid, competition and public procurement matters. He has represented clients in proceedings before Slovak courts, including the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court. He also acted for clients in ICC, VIAC and other arbitration proceedings.


Prior Dentons, Juraj worked for nine years in Allen & Overy’s Bratislava office, including a six-month secondment in Brussels.
