Andrey Neznamov is a counsel in the Moscow office of Dentons’ Russia Litigation and Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Competition practices.
For more than ten years, Andrey has advised and represented various companies and individuals in cases concerning all areas of law. Able to represent clients in a diverse range of cases at all court instances, he also possesses extensive experience in advising and representing various industry bodies, private clients and creative groups.
Andrey also advises on antitrust regulation and teaches at the competition law department of Moscow State Law University.
Andrey is the head of the Research Center of the Problems of Regulation of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence. Andrey is one of Russia’s leading specialists on the legal regulation of robotics, the Internet of things and artificial intelligence.
Andrey is the co-author of a monograph and textbook on civil law, the co-author of a commentary to the Law on Protection of Competition and the author of more than 30 articles on civil and arbitration procedure, the development of public interest law in Russia, IP law, civil and sport law, and the regulation of robotics and artificial intelligence.
Andrey has experience as an arbitrator, as well as extensive experience in teaching. He is active academically and professionally, participates regularly in academic conferences, seminars and round tables. Andrey also has experience drafting legislation.
