Position

Marat Mouradov is a partner in Dentons’ Moscow office and the Head of Dentons’ Russian Competition and Compliance practice. He also contributes to the activity of Dentons’ Corporate and M&A practice group. Marat has considerable experience of advising in Russian legislation on competition protection, advertising, trade, state procurement and related areas.

In the area of competition and advertising Marat specializes primarily in issues related to the structuring of product distribution schemes, the conclusion of various types of commercial contracts, determining models of market conduct of individual and collective business entities, and also in issues related to unfair competition and various types of advertising and marketing activity. He has successfully represented major Russian and international clients in investigations initiated by the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia).

Marat has experience of providing legal services to clients doing business in such areas as automobiles, medical equipment and pharmaceutical manufacturing, development and production of high-tech products and software, farm machinery, fashion and entertainment, retail, manufacturing of household goods of different functionality, etc.
