Position

Petr Slach is Senior Counsel in Dentons’ Prague office with over 25 year of experience. He advises on a range of corporate, commercial and regulatory matters. Petr also successfully represents clients in the area of dispute resolution and litigations arising from the transactions and business activities in the Czech Republic or from the cross-border transactions and activities with the Czech element. Some of them concerned the largest and most complex transactions ever on the Czech market in client’s industry sectors (for instance energy or real estate).

In addition, Petr has considerable experience in advising leading international telecommunication operators on key areas of their business activities in the Czech Republic and elsewhere in CEE/SEE as well as in the Gulf region.

Career

Petr joined Dentons from a partner position at Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, Prague, where he worked for 17 years.
