Position
Jan Procházka is a partner in Dentons’ Prague office with 20 years of experience in M&A, private equity, joint ventures, corporate and financial law. In terms of sectors, Jan focuses on manufacturing and automotive, chemicals, financial services, retail, hospitality and leisure, renewable energy, life sciences, TMT and e-commerce. He has acted as a lead lawyer on a number of transactions not only in the Czech and Slovak Republics, but also across the CEE region.
Career
Jan worked at the Prague office of Altheimer & Gray (since 2003 Salans) as an associate from 1998 to 2005. Between 2005 and 2010, he was a senior lawyer at Clifford Chance, Prague. In 2010, Jan re-joined Dentons (formerly Salans) as a counsel, and in 2019 was promoted to a partner.
