Inga Dulska focuses on legal regulations pertaining to investment funds, financial instruments as well as capital markets transactions. She has expertise in advising on tax step-ups and restructurings with the use of investment funds and entities seeking alternative asset management solutions, mostly for the purposes of real estate management. She advises fund managers on both the UCITS and AIFM legal frameworks.
Inga has significant experience of all matters relating to listing/delisting of shares, public offerings, company takeovers and all corporate matters. She has also advised the largest banks in Poland on product structuring and consumer regulation.
