Position

Piotr Dulewicz is the Head of the Warsaw M&A and Private Equity groups. He also co-heads Dentons Europe Private Equity group.

Piotr specializes in private equity funds, corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructuring. He has 25 years of transactional experience. He has advised leading private equity funds and a number of international corporations on acquisitions and disposals of assets/companies. He has conducted many corporate restructurings in various sectors of the economy. Piotr has also advised on the formation of complex joint venture projects.
