Mr Adrian Bielecki
Adrian Bielecki specializes in Polish and EU competition law, including merger control, antitrust, unfair commercial practices as well as consumer protection issues, contract law, and public procurement.
His experience includes preparing merger control notifications to the Polish Office for Competition and Consumer Protection, advising on commercial strategy applied by dominant undertakings and antitrust aspects of cooperation between undertakings, conducting antitrust legal audits, advising on consumer protection issues as well as preparing workshops on competition and consumer protection law.
Adrian co-authored an academic textbook on competition law. He was a speaker at international conferences organized, for example, at New York University, Stockholm University and Lund University.
