As part of an international network of offices, Dentons‘ banking practice in Paris acts for financial institutions, sponsors and corporates on a wide range of mandates. Its work spans acquisition and project finance, syndicated lending, PPP and real estate finance. The department is jointly led by Jean-Marc Allix, who focuses on project finance and real estate finance, and fund finance expert Philippe Max.

Paris > Financement de projets

Dentons combine de solides compétences en matière de droit public et de financement dans le domaine des projets.
