Position
Bas van Schouwenburg has joined Dentons (formerly Boekel) Construction practice as a partner in March 2017. He specializes in the area of (international) construction law and real-estate.
Bas is involved in complex national and international construction and real-estate projects. In that regard, he drafts agreements, structures partnerships, negotiates, gives strategic advice or litigates in construction or real-estate related disputes, in court and in national and international arbitrations. A portfolio of his clients include project owners, governments and institutes, contractors, project developers, pension funds, property investors, housing corporations, architects, engineers, advisors and other professional parties within the construction and real-estate sector.
