Todd Crosby is a member of Dentons’ global Banking and Finance practice advising a wide range of clients in a broad array of financing and restructuring transactions around the world. Todd has practiced in the US, London, Amsterdam, Tokyo and the Middle East, advising both borrowers and lenders in a variety of industries, including, transportation, real estate, oil and gas, telecommunications, retail, commodities and shipping. He has worked with corporations, private equity funds, banks and other financial institutions.
