Position

Kunal Kapoor is a partner in Dentons Rodyk’s Energy practice group and Co-Head of the Energy and Infrastructure practice groups.

His expertise covers M&A and projects in the energy sector, with a focus on LNG (including floating production, storage and regasification), gas to power, renewables, carbon neutral offtakes, CCS, CCUS, ESG and renewables such as solar and wind (including recently hydrogen, ammonia and offshore wind). Kunal is most active on LNG and renewables projects in the region.
He is one of the sector leaders in Denton’s Global Energy and Infrastructure groups.

Kunal regularly advises majors, project developers, trading houses, funds and equity investors, banks and host governments, sponsors and offtakers in the oil & gas and renewables space, with a specialised focus on LNG (including liquefaction, bunkering and regasification), gas to power, and renewables projects/ structuring.
