Lyndsay has extensive experience advising clients on all aspects of heavyweight, high value and complex commercial disputes both in the UK and internationally. 




Lyndsay advises clients on complex, high value disputes across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on IT and outsourcing disputes, professional negligence claims, regulatory and public law disputes, commercial contracts disputes and those arising from M&A transactions. 

Lyndsay is recommended by the Legal 500 as a Next Generation Lawyer. She advises clients both in relation to domestic and cross-border litigation and her clients range from SMEs to large multi-nationals including manufacturers, healthcare providers, communication service providers, network operators and major telecoms resellers.
