I am a Partner and Location Head for the Commercial Litigation team in Liverpool. I deal with all aspects of contractual and commercial disputes as well as corporate and shareholder disputes, cross-border litigation and professional negligence claims.




My experience and expertise in managing disputes covers Europe, Asia, USA and Southern Africa. I have acted for clients on a number of reported and leading cases.
