Asima regularly advises and acts for household name clients and brands in relation to their intellectual property disputes and provides strategic advice and risk analysis in relation to brand development.

She is experienced in pursuing and defending claims before the High Court and Intellectual Property Enterprise Court, and has successfully pursued claims using alternative dispute resolution forums including those for domain names and company names.

Asima has significant experience in advising clients on IP and brand issues within the retail and fashion sectors, enabling her to bring a practical and commercial approach to the resolution of such disputes.
