Vincent specialises in providing tax advice to entrepreneurs, tech companies and real estate companies. He also assists high-net-worth individuals and investors based in France and in England on their personal tax issues. His work includes dealing with general corporate tax issues, international tax structuring and company restructuring (tax aspects of acquisitions, mergers or asset contributions).
Vincent has also developed a strong practice in assisting companies and high-profile clients with tax audits and tax disputes.
With over 15 years’ experience, including 6 years in London, Vincent has worked for the French tax boutique Vaslin Associes where he was a partner and, previously as a senior associate in the tax department for the US law firm Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel, in Paris.
He is qualified as both a French Avocat and a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England & Wales.
Vincent holds a PhD in international tax law from Paris-Dauphine University and is the author of a book on international wealth planning.
