Paul acts for London market insurers in defending claims brought in against a range of professionals, in particular accountants, insurance brokers, solicitors and construction professionals. Paul also acts for insurers in subrogated recovery actions. Paul also has an extensive non contentious commercial insurance practice, advising upon a wide range of insurance issues in a corporate context.
