Andrew has been working for corporate insureds, insurers and companies direct on employers’ liability, disease and health and safety issues in excess of 30 years. This work has included health and safety prosecutions both in the Magistrates Court and the Crown Court, including defending corporate manslaughter charges, and dealing with appeals from improvement and prohibition notices. He has also handled environmental prosecutions including oil leakage into nearby waterways and pollution claims.
