Position

Andrew has been working for corporate insureds, insurers and companies direct on employers’ liability, disease and health and safety issues in excess of 30 years. He has also handled environmental prosecutions including oil leakage into nearby waterways and pollution claims. Andrew has experience of dealing with claims from other regulatory authorities (Food Standards Agency, Trading Standards, Local Authorities Office of the Rail Regulator) and therefore liaises with all of those regulatory authorities and, when necessary, attending the Coroner’s Inquests.
