Position

Following the re-structure of the firm’s claims solutions group, Rhodri was appointed as the group’s business development director and has responsibility for leading the group’s initiatives around business development and working with the technical director on the development of market leading products. Rhodri also leads the firm’s wider relationships as the client relationship partner for two of the firm’s largest clients. Rhodri has experience in general litigation, specialising in insurance and personal injury work. He has a significant amount of operational expertise and has driven change through the introduction of new working methodologies, team and management structures, recruitment and quality control and assurance procedures.
