‘Sharokh Koussari is a fantastic lawyer. He is both technical and commercial in his approach, and identified risks before they materialised. Sharokh sees the ‘bigger picture’ before others do, and went above and beyond to find the best outcome for me. His interaction with opposing counsel was also fantastic, as he found the right balance between protecting me as his client, but also being open and engaging so as to find a suitable outcome.’

‘Naylah Hamour effused calm and logic in what was a chaotic time and I cannot praise and endorse her highly enough. Naylah communicated process, potential outcomes and risks in such a clear and concise manner that I quickly had a full understanding of a topic that had (thankfully) been previously alien to me. Above all else Naylah was kind and personable at what was an extremely difficult time.’

The care, empathy and emotional intelligence that she demonstrates in guiding clients through the journey in both dispute resolution and contractual scenarios is second to none.  I have recommended her on multiple occasions.’

Goes the extra mile, taking the time to understand us as a client and what we need, and gets under the skin of the dispute.

Dedication to their clients to make sure no stone is left unturned when trying to evaluate courses of action in any scenario. Availability is key – they are always on hand to answer questions and give advice no matter the time of day.

This team works hard to understand its client’s needs, sets achievable goals and works tirelessly to win. Other firms would be well advised to emulate this team.

Focused, highly commercial and results-driven.

Sharokh Koussari has a huge wealth of knowledge and experience – especially in dealing with international clients.

Naylah Hamour is a fiercely committed and tenacious fighter for her client’s interests, with deep legal knowledge and an innovative mind.

Legal director Elizabeth Johnson was the key reason that we chose this firm to represent us. Within the first exploratory conversation, she immediately saw what would be the best recommendation for us and pulled out all the stops to give us the right advice and present all options to us. We found that an extremely rare quality and it made all the difference.

Elizabeth Johnson is my go-to for any matter – she always calmly and considerately evaluates and plans the best way forward for any giving scenario, bringing in added expertise where necessary, depending on the circumstances.

Great set of partners and associates.

Very professional, very knowledgeable and very discerning.

Demetris Dionissiou is bright, extremely hardworking, and fights doggedly for his clients. He is organised and always well-prepared. He is collaborative and good fun to work with.

Demetris Dionissiou’s meticulous attention to the detail and the timeline of events at the outset of the case ensured a triumphant court victory with all costs awarded. But what most impressed was his commercial approach to enforcing judgement, which resulted in a full settlement, including all costs, in the shortest possible timescale.

Communication throughout the process was always extremely efficient, both orally and in plain English writing. I felt I was in good hands throughout the process and the outcome could not have been better.
