Cripps has expertise across the practice, with the team advising on contentious matters relating to residential leasehold enfranchisement, residential management, investment and portfolio asset management, property insolvency, real estate insurance claims and high value rights to light claims. The team is led by both Miles Paffard  and Kerry Glanville. Paffard has advised clients across many property markets, including those in retail, infrastructure, distribution and residential. Glanville, an authority on landlord and tenant issues, has more than 30 years’ experience in dispute resolution, with particular expertise in the recovery of service charges.

It is also well-regarded for its advice to these clients when they are buying or selling farms, rural and landed estates. Under the joint leadership of Kerry Glanville and Fiona McIntosh the practice has developed an excellent reputation for its enfranchisement advice.
