Corporate immigration: Delivering a seamless immigration service to businesses, we develop strategic immigration plans and provide support across all areas of UK and US corporate immigration, including UK sponsor licence applications (Tiers 2, 4 and 5), sponsor licence management, compliance training and audit services. Our US services comprise US petitions, including Blanket and Individual L-1; H-1B/E-3 Speciality Worker; O-1 Extraordinary Ability; and Employment-Based Immigrant cases. Our lawyers work closely with HR teams to provide support with their day to day immigration requirements.

Entrepreneurs and investors: We have the knowledge and skill to advise individuals on entrepreneur and investor visa applications. Personal immigration: We advise private clients and their families on the full immigration process. From visa/entry clearance applications and extension applications to indefinite leave to remain or to obtaining British citizenship and passports. Our US team assists clients with visitor visa applications and waivers of inadmissibility, and advising US citizens living abroad on matters including renunciation of citizenship, passport renewal, second passport applications and registration of birth for US citizen children born abroad. As for Human Rights, we have a dedicated team with extensive knowledge to advise individuals on human rights claims and appeals. They will go the distance to challenge policy and lobby on behalf of clients.
