Nicolette is a Senior Solicitor at Laura Devine Immigration in London. She has focussed on UK immigration and nationality law since joining in 2007.
Nicolette advises clients on a wide range of applications, including all tiers of the points-based system (PBS), non-PBS categories (UK Ancestry and sole representative routes), Tier 2 and Tier 4 sponsor licence applications and employer compliance support. She has had notable successes in complex initial and extension applications for Tier 1 (Investor), Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) and Tier 1 (Exceptional Talent) routes. Nicolette is also a leading voice in the new Startup and Innovator categories.
In addition, Nicolette advises clients on European Settlement Scheme (EUSS) applications, EU free movement and permanent residence in the UK for EEA nationals and their non-EEA family members (including Chen, Zambrano and Surinder Singh applicants), as well as on applications for indefinite leave to remain in the UK and naturalisation and registration as British citizens.
