Janet Robinson joined as an Associate in the Corporate team in August 2015. In May 2021 she became an Associate Partner.
Janet advises on a broad range of corporate matters including acquisitions, disposals, company reorganisations, private equity investments and joint ventures / shareholders’ agreements. She acts for a wide variety of clients and is experienced in advising parties from the various sides of a transaction including sellers, buyers, management teams and private investors.
She was also recognised for her work supporting Simon Wallwork in the Manchester Legal Advisers List in 2020, run by Experian.
