Position

Gordon is a top lawyer, and a key player in both the Scottish legal market and Clyde & Co Scotland. He serves by invitation on several decision making bodies central to the Scottish legal system including the Scottish Civil Justice Council Personal Injury Committee. Highly rated by Chambers in the category of personal injury defendant, Gordon offers expertise in dispute resolution, health & safety and technical claims management. His diverse caseload ranges from catastrophic and high-value claims through to fatal accident injuries and occupational disease matters to employers’ liability cases, personal injury and road traffic.
