Nicole is a Legal Director in the professional and financial disputes team at Clyde & Co, London. The primary focus of my practice is defending professionals in professional liability disputes. Her experience includes defending law firms and IT professionals, and their professional indemnity insurers in relation to a wide range of complex, high value and high profile professional liability disputes. Nicole has experience in an array of large-scale commercial litigation claims, including claims in negligence, breach of contract, fraud and breaches of trust. Her particular experience in disputes involving complex issues relating to the protection of legal professional privilege.

In addition to her litigation experience, Nicole advises:

• professionals in relation to investigations brought by regulatory bodies.
