Anne Kentish is also recommended for her professional negligence expertise. Another key figure is Andrew Constable, who handled two pieces of litigation for engineering contractor Hochtief, which arose from the collapse of a hydroelectric dam. Charles McGregor advised YOR Limited as the pursuer on a claim against Wallace Whittle Limited over allegedly excessive costs incurred from the redevelopment of Croythorn House in Edinburgh.
