Career

Anne Deller has specialised in family law for over 25 years and during those years has had experience of most areas of family work including some years acting for parents in public law cased. 

She acts for clients in complex financial matters including those  involving businesses both in the UK and abroad.  She acts for high net worth clients and many years ago represented a well known sports personality in the reported case of Q V Q.   In recent years she has been instructed increasingly in cases involving unmarried couples in Schedule 1 and TOLATA cases as well as pre-nuptial agreements.

 She also represents clients in complex children cases, always looking for a child centred solution and supporting her clients through the most difficult of times.  

Anne is a member of Resolution and a Collaborative lawyer and will always try and reach a solution through negotiation without selling her client short. 

Outside of work she  was chair of Bracknell Youthline for many years and is now a trustee for her local Citizens’ Advice.
