Real estate fund capabilities are embedded within the broader private funds practice at Clifford Chance LLP. Real estate credit funds are an area of particular expertise, with Gerard Saviola taking the lead on this front. A Luxembourg office ensures the firm can seamlessly handle increasingly popular Luxembourg vehicles. The group also boasts an integrated global tax and regulatory advisory service, which assists in the structuring of funds across Europe, Asia and the US. Further ancillary support is provided by the firm’s real estate, real estate finance and infrastructure and projects departments, which offer asset-specific expertise. ‘Exceptionally client- and-solution-oriented‘ partner Nigel Hatfield heads up the offering.
