The multi-disciplinary practice in London leverages expertise in banking, project finance, commodity and trade finance, structured finance, securitisation, derivates and both debt and equity capital markets mandates. Its recent work includes advising the mandated lead arrangers on a €250m financing for the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Montenegro, covered by a €80m guarantee by the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development, which was the first loan to be concluded under the World Bank’s Policy Based Guarantee Covid-19 cover arrangements. Further afield, its growing portfolio of work in Latin America includes assisting Goldman Sachs with Ecuador’s issuance of a $400m social bond.
