Sue StreatfieldClarion

The intellectual property practice at Clarion excels at handling international mandates for clients in the biotechnology, manufacturing and retail sectors, among others. The practice is very active in commercial IP matters, frequently advising on the IP aspects of corporate acquisitions as well as regularly assisting with IP portfolio management. Additionally, the team frequently acts in cross-border disputes related to IP infringement claims.
