Marija Tešić is a partner at CMS Belgrade, specialising in corporate/M&A, insolvency & restructuring and capital market law and can draw on more than 15 years of experience in advising international companies in Serbia on various legal matters.
Career
Marija Tešić has advised some of the most important players in different industries (telecom, food and agriculture, energy, retail, infrastructure) in major cross-border transactions in Serbia and in Montenegro. She is also highly experienced in the matters of status changes, takeover bids and mandatory squeeze-out procedures, as well as IPOs and delistings, and has coordinated high profile multi-jurisdictional restructurings.
She advised on the first IPO in Serbia in 2018.
She continually supports numerous clients in relation to the setting up of their business in Serbia and day-to-day corporate matters.
