Career

Marija Tešić has advised some of the most important players in different industries (telecom, food and agriculture, energy, retail, infrastructure) in major cross-border transactions in Serbia and in Montenegro. She is also highly experienced in the matters of status changes, takeover bids and mandatory squeeze-out procedures, as well as IPOs and delistings, and has coordinated high profile multi-jurisdictional restructurings.

She advised on the first IPO in Serbia in 2018.

She continually supports numerous clients in relation to the setting up of their business in Serbia and day-to-day corporate matters.
