Career

Natalia Kushniruk is a Real Estate & Construction partner in the Kyiv office of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang. Natalia has over 15 years’ experience advising clients, including major international and leading Ukrainian developers, banks, property funds and embassies, on various aspects of property acquisition and development governed by Ukrainian and English law, land allocation and rezoning, real estate finance and mediation. She specialises in investment, development and large-scale project work across a broad range of sectors, including energy, retail, agribusiness, infrastructure, manufacturing, hotels & leisure, office, logistics, and others.

Natalia has conducted over 100 due diligence investigations of real estate and land for various international clients. She has acted on several significant buy-side and sell-side English law-governed deals in Ukraine, such as acquisitions of over 20 renewable power projects in Ukraine, the construction of the largest windfarm in Europe, as well as the sale of one of the largest and most popular malls in Ukraine.
